It can be very tough for any household to oversee their monthly budget and making sure that their spending is in line with the household income. Most people aren’t used to managing finances under this much scrutiny, and they can let things get out of hand. With the effects of the global financial crisis, it is not helping at all. It is a good idea to get help to help you in managing your budget more efficiently. How do I get my budget back in control? It’s all about controlling your spending.

The importance of managing my budget

Most people do not understand the importance until it is too late, but having a budget and following the plan is the most important thing you can do. Lots of people question why their budget does not work in the long term. In summary, if you do not plan your expenses and know where your money is going, then you will start to stress at the end of the month. What each household need to do is to pay a visit to mybudget in order to come up with some definitive responses on their financial position. When I plan for my budget, I try to be as prepared as possible. As the head of the household, you owe it to yourself and to your family to be a responsible steward.

The challenges affiliated with organizing my budget

As you have learned, devising a budget is not simple. How much should we put aside for food? What about funds for emergency situations? These are questions that you need to ask yourself to think about all sorts of monthly costs. This is where establishing my budget can get so difficult, and I’m sure it’s the same with you. With all of the strain associated with working a job, it can sometimes be easy to let these things slip by the wayside. After all, how important is just one bill? It is obviously very important, and if you want your family’s finances to be in order, then you should most certainly use a great programme like the one found at mybudget.

All in all, budgeting is a serious challenge and it can sometimes cause uneccessary stress. With the resources at your disposal today, you can put your household’s finances into an organised plan and you can follow through with that plan completely. It has unquestionably helped with my budget, and it should do the same for yours.

Handling my household budget can sometimes be really troublesome, but not overseeing it can put me into financial debt before I realise it. The gains from looking after my budget correctly helps me save money and relieve some stress I have pertaining to my debt.

I have numerous things in life that influence me financially, my household budget is the greatest influence. There are not a lot of people nowadays who have learned how to budget and this can result in many financial problems, including debt. One reason why so many people do not create a budget is because many of us think it is too complicated. But in essence, creating a budget does not have to be difficult at all; it is as easy as recording down our expenditure and keeping up with it every month. By practising this habit, we do not spend more than we have.

It is essential for me to keep in mind that my budget is just my program for my monthly expenditure. Just like any plan, my budget does call for me to manage it to keep it running correctly. The first step in producing my budget is organising the information that I need in it. I keep track of expenses like car loan repayments, utilities, car insurance policy, groceries, etc. If I do not organise my budget, I can easy find myself in debt. It is very important for me to know how much I need on expenditures each month.

I see two advantages with keeping an eye on with my finances through my budget. First of all, I am able to save money on superfluous expenditure. Secondly, I can keep myself from going into unnecessary debt. When I spend my money wisely, I buy only things that are necessity and I free up money that I can use on something that I want or can save it. With the surplus money I am able to save, I have the option of putting it aside and investing.

I have always been upside down on my monthly budget with frequent monthly bill and unanticipated expenses. My paycheck was already spent as soon as I received it. I get stacks of bills every month and put them off to the last minute, then dealt with them all in a rush. This leads to me taking money from the next pay just to make it through. The problem was not related to how much money I made, it’s that I didn’t know how to manage my budget. Worse yet, any emergency put me even deeper in debt.

I am convinced most of us have been in this position. We try to be cautious with our expenditure and be careful with our money, but long before the month is over, the money is spent. Paying bills is a juggling act that most of us don’t have the time or energy to handle. There’s always one bill that was overlooked or delayed, one more expenditure we weren’t consenting for. With school supplies and fees for the kids, groceries, new tires for the car, and the raising cost of petrol, just making it from paycheck to paycheck is challenging enough; saving money is out of the question. Meantime, debt is slowly stacking up. How can I get my budget under control?

I was fortunate to have found a service which will help me budget my money more sagely and take away the stress of paying off monthly bills, allowing me to concentrate on the things that really matter to my family. No more distressing over where the money will come from; I can finally relax, knowing that my finances are in good hands.

The financial planning process:
During your first consultation, your budget specialist will go over all of your existing debts and monthly payments and prepare a program that works for you. They will set aside money for savings, emergencies, and long-term investment, ensuring your family’s financial security. If you are planning a major purchase, this will be forecasted into your budget so that when you are ready to buy, the money will be there for you.

Your paychecks are typically deposited to your financial planner, and a separate account is set up for your living expenses. Your bills are directly delivered to your budgeting specialist for payment. Some budget services will even negotiate with your creditors to lower your monthly payments and reduce your outstanding debt. A low monthly fee is assessed for all these services.

For me, the most important monthly service my budget consultant provides is peace of mind. No more fuss with bill payment; I know my bills will be paid on time, and that I’ll have money in reserve for life’s little emergencies. My budget is finally under control, thanks to my financial planning service.

A bunch of folks call me a romantic, only ‘caus playing cupid is my role in the universe. I make a point to recommend joining Great Expectations. Can’t be denied, cupid happens when I don’t even realize it. Good dating services, like Great Expectations Milwaukee the pioneer in dating, know Milwaukee’s qualified singles individually. Great dating services make promising introductions as any good friend does, just like I do. Matchmaking is a little role offering significant return by changing working marriages for thousands of happy couples.

day in day out I have dispensed companionship recommendations on the net and in my local column. This article isn’t the same old stuff. You know all that. Listen to social cues, dispaly some sense of style, try not to be uncomfortable, be honest and (a big one) steer clear of grading target characteristics on a rubric. Get to know someone at your own pace! Encourage magical moments if it feels right. Another important one: do not try to pass as something you are not. Suppose the date gets meaningful, then you’ll have to reveal your lies. Of course there are perks to joining Great Expectations. Yes, dating advice is a talent I honed and worked on for years. My great successes with friends and family earned me that reputation. Happy couples are hard to ignore.

There’s Leticia and Larry now toting about their flock of kids. I set-up the couple together at Spanky’s Hamubrgers five years ago, and their success is apparent. Gregory and Cristina also fell for eachother at first sight because I set them up on a blind date last year. But most importantly my soririty sister Amanda and her soul mate. You know I’ll be there when these two will be married in New York City in early November. I love them both and they found eachother using Great Expectations, from my recommendation.

So I have kept right on with these arrows, and marvelously efficient too! But it’s also a curse, while I’ve been perfecting assisting others to understand how to find a life together with someone, I looked past my own dating situation. Do you imagine anxieties present when the matchmaker requests a matchmaker? I’d want to meet exclusive Greatest Expectations Milwaukee singles, because when you’re good at something makes you a perfectionist. Perhaps that’s what has kept me from really getting serious about dating. Just like many singles, I know it’s not good to exist in life’s journey by yourself. So here I am, setting out on a dating adventure by holding.

I cannot say I’m pleasantly happy being picky and be 100% truthful. But, I’m not unhappy with the reality of life, either. I only bring it up here as an appetizing detail foreshadowing what I will shortly discuss honestly.

A week ago today I was walking the dog, Trisha, thinking of joining Great Expectations Dallas. Today, I stand to the blogosphere as a delightfully single member of the singles network. For real, I am. I like it! If you know me at all, perhaps you’re thinkin’, “You got some ’splainin to do, Lucy!”

Well, I saw this Great Expectations Dating site and felt encouraged. They’re for quality and professional singles who think dating should have a point.

Because in all honesty I’d never been interested in the ridiculous nightlife ritual a lot of singles call “The Dating Game.” I faced it all the time. Each night readers pester, “Are you two serious yet?” and “Oh I know just the guy for you!”

“That’s rubbish,” I say to them, smiling ear to ear. “Take a look around, I’m not missing much.”

“You’re as ridiculous as you are hilarious,” they say. “How would you know, you haven’t seen Friday Night Magic in a year!”

Thankfully, that’s my partner in crime The One-And-Only hah! Trisha Feldman. She sets rational thought to my brain to set me straight. Caring souls are always there for fresh advice. She made a good point, and I thank her for it.

Coming home to the meaning of this post. As I picked from more than three hundred outfits (hah) and desirable, honest singles for my first singles event with Great Expectations, I realized something true. For the longest time, I hadn’t allowed myself any emotional great expectations for dating and myself in the adventurous journey of life. Being single isn’t so bad, especially if you use the freedom to date. Having great expectations works terrifically in dating.

I have had 2 incidents come to my attention in the last few days that have reminded me how important Humility is.

A colleague shared about going to another hypnotherapist for some help and the hypnotherapist tried to dictate what her problem was and only became more insistent when my friend objected.

A client who was horribly abused as a child objected vehemently when I asked if he wanted to connect with that part of his psyche still acting as if it was the child. To my surprise, he said, “No way! I hate him.”

These to incidents highlighted for me the ways in which we attack ourself or another because of the arrogance of thinking our view is the true and only view.

One of my spiritual teachers has said that Humility is Compassion towards oneself.

This made sense to me when I realized that it is a kindness to myself to reject fearful thoughts whose essential message is that I’m not good enough, or strong enough, or smart enough, or lacking in some other way.

Seeing this, it became clear that Humility is the source of true
strength. True strength enables us to reject fear and the temptation to act on fear which usually means to commit some form of violence against ourself or someone else.

Fear always has an arrogant aspect to it, whether active against
others, or passive against oneself. It is a refusal to connect with or to share with — a complete lack of generosity.

I find that thinking about a problem as being just a problem of fear makes it easy for me to indulge it. If I look to see how the presence of fear indicates that I am being arrogant and mean-spirited, it is much harder for me to allow the fearful state to keep my interest. For me, the thought of being arrogant or mean burns and inspires me to find a greater clarity and openness of heart.

It helps to open to Humility as the antidote to the arrogance if I understand that humility is not meekness but kindness to myself. It is a kindness to open to my true relationship with life rather than persist in my fearful fantasy.

Try opening to Humility by simply stopping for 30 seconds, and
stretching your arms out and up towards the sky and breathing in fully and gently. Imagine how you would feel at the end of the day if you took this break to open and breathe every 30 minutes, or every hour, or every time you noticed yourself getting tense. Go beyond imagining — do it and discover the power of Humility. Can you be this generous with yourself? Good luck!

Bare attention (to objects, people and circumstances) is what brings order in this world and in your personal world. If you know how to move your attention without the involvement of mind, positive creation happens as a result. Attention is literally a life response whereas mind is reaction out of memory and reaffirmation of the past. Attention is not same as thinking mind but it constitutes pure awareness moving itself through different objects without creating friction.

I am stating below some examples as to how life responds to the power of attention. Here’s one:

One small business owner decided to give attention to his accounts, balanced eight months of back bank statements, and miraculously received $5000 from nowhere the next day.

The key is attention without interpretation of the situation. A mere attention and intention to improve is sufficient.

If you bring your personal or business accounts fully and accurately up to date, you’ll be able to watch the money flow to you!

Money is not the only thing that responds to attention. So do ordinary objects and things. Consider this example:

A businessperson was unable to make any substantial sales. He was told
that he should give attention to and evaluate his remaining current stocks, and then make a full effort to sell them off. After making an effort of selling but a few of the minimal stocks, an order arrived equal to six months of normal sales!

We have often seen this phenomenon where a business owner concerned by low sales or cash made the effort to sell off remaining unsold stocks, and life responded by bringing more sales. This is a powerful example of the power of attention to objects and things.

One way we give attention is by adopting the personal value of maximizing the way you use your current resources, such as money, materials, and time. Here’s an example of how one manufacturer applied the value of maximum utilization of a limited resource, which resulted in a very favorable situation for the company:

“In the manufacture of welding electrodes, Low Carbon Ferro Manganese is one of the main raw materials. The manufacturer who was supplying us suddenly informed that their plant is shut down for maintenance and that there will not be any supply from them for the next two months. It is an expensive material so the stock holding was minimum. There are only very few manufacturers of this item and they are all located at far away places. We had little time to arrange supply from other sources. The stock on hand was sufficient for 5 days of production only. We decided that not a particle of LCF should be wasted and alerted all the workers to be extra careful. The shop floor was swept thoroughly and all the spilled material were collected, screened and used. We provided attention to what could immediately be attended. Coincidentally, within two days, a Managing Director of a company manufacturing LCF in Orissa (which is about 1300 kilometers away from Pondicherry) visited our unit; over the phone (from Pondicherry) he instructed his plant to dispatch material to us. From the previous supplier we were buying the material against payment. Where as this company offered us a credit of 30 days. We did not negotiate any terms with them. They themselves agreed to supply at the same price. We were frank in telling them the precarious situation we were in. In spite of knowing our weak situation, they did not take any undue advantage. We are continuing with them.”

Moral is they didn’t wasted the material further and alerted all the workers to be extra careful. The shop floor was swept thoroughly and all the spilled material were collected, screened and used. They provided attention to what could be immediately attended. Moral is mere attentions to a situation without being caught up in its interpretation brings order into it. One need not worry, anxiety (using mind) but need to attend to immediate things including the people and objects and the universe arranges rest of the trappings to bring in the harmony into the area of attention.

Here’s a closely related example of the power of attention to things through the application of the value of maximum utilization, and life response:

X, the proprietor of a company, engaged Y as his consultant to improve his business. Y, the consultant, noticed a machine, which X deemed not useful to his present business, kept in a sorry state. Y requested X to repair and repaint it and keep it ready for production. X laughed and said, “This machine is idle for last many years without any order. I can not spend money on it. As soon as I get orders, I will repair and repaint the machine.” Y thought X was looking at things in the wrong way.

Y told X, “If you keep machine ready for production and if you genuinely wish that this machine should yield profits, you will get orders. Life will favorably respond.”

X followed Y’s suggestion. After a day or two, X’s cousin, an engineer, came to his factory. The newly painted machine gained his attention. He took interest in the machine. He told X that he was interested in starting a new factory. If X could give the machine to him, he could earn profit from the first month onwards and a share of the income would go to X. An agreement was struck and the machine became a cash cow.

Moral is begin with trust that in the end everything will be organized and take your first step forward in the trust that the universe will arrange the trapping, your job is to attend the immediate objects, people and rest will follow on its own timing. In this case they attended a machine deemed not useful to his present business.

So all sorts of things respond to attention; animate and inanimate!

One final example will show how the power of attention is tied in to organizing things one level higher than it is currently organized.

A company had just launched a new product, yet did not yet have any sales on the product, despite considerable effort. One day the manager decided to go through the operations manual to update it to the latest information, including procedures related to the new product. He did this late in the work day. Early the very next morning he saw the first order for the product come in through the company’s web site.

Finally, let’s not forget to mention that people also, of course, respond to attention.

Mind creates friction, attention creates movement. If you experience movement without friction, its attention and not the mind and you can assume that you are in a creative state. We invite restlessness through preconceived ideas about the state of reality. Creativity begins when you can stabilize in a chaotic environment looking at it as an ever expanding life rather than mere problems; all the chaos is a life itself expanding to create new bridges where there are none. As a result, trust takes over fear and panic. New things or events or people are seen as opportunities to organize the life one step up. It is through chaos that the new order is borne, so chaos need not be seen as something to fear about but life itself stretching the limits to organize one step further. A relaxed attitude takes over the panic and fear.

Attention itself brings in the order when used wisely in a trusting manner. Things are disorganized on account of lack of attention and ignorance of it’s values.

Attention brings in the order. Place your attention in the areas where you seek improvements, hang out loosely expecting to improve the area, rest will follow. Key is identify the area, focus loosely and intend the desired result.

Seek with the attitude (state of existence) that you are already fulfilled and perfect in areas where you seek improvements, the acting and attitude of the perfection at every step itself consolidates into the ultimate end perfection. Move yourself consciously attending whatever needs to be attended here and now.

You trust and move one step toward unknown and simultaneously unknown moves one step towards you bridging the gap between harmony and disharmony. Your attention itself is your one step towards the unknown and if you consistently moves your attention in the desired direction with the intention to improve the life, unknown is moving towards you simultaneous bringing in all the necessary elements to bring harmony into your life.

Universe responds not to just fulfill your individual whims and fancies but to bring in greater order for greater good.

There is always a response to attention since it has capacity for positive movement where has mind has fixed notions which restricts movement.

Attention enables movement, whereas beliefs blocks movement.

Four Brilliant Tips to Speed Read Faster than Ever

Many people, particularly students, would love to be
able to take in information faster. However prior to retaining
information, they’ve to go through the 1st stage of
learning, which is reading.

For many individuals who are pressed for time, speed
reading has get a necessity. All the same, it’s not just
the reading section that is crucial. Equally essential
is for the reader to fully realise the words coming
out from the book or even paper.

Right here are a few outstanding tips to read and comprehend faster.

1) Relax.

If you’re in the stressed mode, it would be much even more
demanding to concentrate; hence, it would just be a lot
harder for the information to sink in.

2) Know what you desire.

Focus on the areas that you really require to learn. A few
people read all parts of a book, when all they require to
know is a specific chapter.

Know your priority. If you want to find out about a
certain subject, go to the Table of Contents and lookup
for the running that best cases your want. If you require
to learn even more, then adjust accordingly. The important
thing is to weed out the stuffs that you do not
now want.

3) Get rid of the structure words.

Did you know that around sixty percent of the words we read are
structure words? Examples are the words “the, or even, and.”
It is essential in the structure of the sentences;
however when you ignore them, they basically mean the equivalent
thing. They only help to beautify, yet you are able to
realise what you are reading even without them. Try
not to focus too much attention on structure words.

4) Practice, practice, practice.

When I personally began exercising with weights, I personally can only lift
the lighter ones. As the time goes by, I personally slowly add even more
and even more weights as our body tends to adjust and turn into
comfortable carrying heavier ones.

The equivalent concept goes for speed reading. Set a goal.
Figure out how speedy you are able to read, then produce a project to
increase your ability.

If you are able to read 200 words per microscopic, set a goal to
read 250 words a microscopic. After accomplishing this feat,
set a goal to read 300 words per microscopic.

This takes time and practice, however the effort is all
worth it. If this is your 1st time to set such a
goal, read 1st those materials you are familiar with.

Shoulder on with even more hard ones as you progress. This
way, you’re not overwhelming yourself with understanding
different new words and at the equivalent time developing your
speed reading skills.

Many people would say that it is absolute madness to keep on doing the same thing, time after time, expecting to get a different result or for something different to happen. Alternatively, many people, especially those in the personal development, NLP and wellness fields of varying natures, would describe it as intelligent to have a goal and be wonderfully flexible about how you go about achieving it.

It is this intelligent idea of enhancing wellness that I want to highlight today with NLP.

If what you’re doing isn’t working or increasing your wellness, do something else;

I was working with a corporate client recently and had been working with one of their senior managers using NLP and various other techniques. He had wanted his team to carry out a piece of project work in a certain way. He said to me that he had told them again and again (12 times in total), but they still weren’t doing what he wanted. I pointed out that if he wanted them to change what they were doing, he might have to change what he was doing; I suggested that he be more flexible. Together, We explored some alternative approaches and things started to change.

If you are fed up with getting the same results to certain things over and over, with whatever it is that you are looking to change, use this notion to begin to disrupt your existing pattern. If you are just following the idea through in some way, by definition you are perceiving it differently and doing yourself lots of favours. You’ll be increasing your wellness.

So, firstly, identify an area where you’ve been doing the same thing over and over hoping to get a different result. Or an area that you want to increase your wellness. It may relate to a behaviour, habit, circumstance or situation; just choose something that you want to change the outcome of.

Then secondly, clarify your goal, that is, clarify what you want to achieve. Do this by asking yourself what you want and how you will know when you have got it.

Thirdly, construct or create a list of the different approaches and behaviours you have tried already in order to achieve this goal or increased wellness. Or note down what it is that you are doing currently.

Finally and most simply, put together a nice list of some alternative behaviours you will use to achieve the goal and increase wellness. Enlist some help ifyou feel it would help. When you have compiled a good list (put stuff down on that list that may well not seem right for you, it is good to explore avenues that in the past made you feel uncomfortable from time to time). Then, of course, look at starting to do the things that are on your list; do them.

What I am wanting to get across here is the idea of being more bendy.

Your mind and your body really are a single system, so it follows that physical flexibility can often lead to greater mental flexibility. There are certain activities which can greatly increase physical flexibility, including things like Yoga, Martial arts, Dancing, Swimming and lots of other general forms of exercise.

Practicing any of these will increase your overall behavioural and mental flexibility and level of wellness. In addition, find opportunities to break habitual patterns. For instance, most mornings when I shave, I do it in a different way. This requires me to stay aware and vary my patterns. The more flexibility you have, the more flexibility you can bring to situations involving others. Often, when people are seeing me for reducing their weight, I might suggest that they look at the doing things like swapping their knife and fork hands around for a week.

So, go ahead and identify a habitual pattern and change it to enhance your wellness. Especially if it is something you are not entirely happy about.

Here is a list of some things that you can do to interrupt your existing patterns and increase your wellness, you can be as creative as you want with these things.

-Eat a food that you never usually eat

-Go for a walk at an early hour in the morning

-Watch a TV show you would never usually watch

-Take a different journey home from work

-Take a cold shower

-Answer your phone with the opposite hand to usual

-Laugh and smile for no reason

The sooner you start doing this, the more fun you’ll have with it. Then often, the higher your increase in wellness. So many people I encounter, know all this stuff or read it and still don’t do these things and wonder why they are not getting what they want. Do soemthing different today and you’ll be amazed how your wellness rockets.

Step 4 – Organizing & Developing Online Content

If you have done your homework then you are ready to organize and develop what will be your online content. Your content is very important as it will be used for promoting you, your work, and your website. Content serves a variety of purposes; it displays public relations, target marketing, and general information to build a platform for your product (your purpose).

One of the main items that need attention would be your biography. If you are an artist or writer, you will get asked for this pertinent information every time you make a submission or apply for competitions. Your biography is an essential piece of information that often can get viewed prior to your work. Even if your target audiences are publishers, agents, or clients, you have only one chance to intrigue them and make a good first impression.

There are several ways that you can address your audience. If you would like to be up front and personal, you can write in first person, using “I” in your sentence structure. For example, “I was born in Silver Springs, Maryland.” If you want to have a general sound or professional structure, you can write in the third person, referring to yourself as stated in this example, “Meilena Hauslendale was born in Silver Springs, Maryland.”

It’s really up to you on how you would like to address your audience. I personally prefer writing in third person when referring to my work mainly because I feel it conveys a sense of professional etiquette. It creates a press release persona that can maintain your audience’s attention. However, if you prefer to write in first person you can do that and still have strength to your sentences. Either way you want to spark your audience’s interest in you and your work.

The difference between a how a hobbyist or a professional artist or writer can be determined simply on how they are conveyed through content. You want your sentences to have strength and power to them. Each word and phrase counts because they are performing a difficult task, representing you, when you are not there to do so. For example you could say, “I’m an artist from Erie, PA. I am trying to make a living doing art. Hope you will look at my work.” This sentence hardly provides any credibility to my name or my art. It conveys that I am not really serious about what I’m doing, but I still would like you to look at my work. That’s a lofty expectation to have of my audience when I lack taking myself serious.

A professional sentence structure as an example, “Meilena Hauslendale was raised in Erie, PA and began her career as a professional artist in 1997.” You want to state who you are, where you come from, and what it is you do. You want your opening sentence to really state a few basic facts about you and your work. This is not an easy task and perhaps one of the reasons why many artists and writers procrastinate completing a biography. Perhaps one of the reasons why, just as Alan Wilson Watts states, “Trying to define yourself is like trying to bite your own teeth.”

It’s quite the challenge to write about yourself and really expand on your talents. You have to convey your work and yourself from almost another person’s perspective. Imagine yourself as a Public Relations Specialist and you were just hired to write about an artist or writer. What are some things you would need to know about that person? What strong points do you want to enunciate about this person’s life and accomplishments? What active role does this person assume now?

You don’t have to be overly personal but you really want to give your audience a sense of who you are. Let them know how you began your career. Write about your technique or your style. It is possible to be personal but also professional. You may have to work on several drafts until you get a nice flow of words and a functional biography. The time you put into writing this valuable piece of information will pay off by getting people to take notice in something very dear to you, your purpose. So share your passion with your audience. You just may notice that your enthusiasm might be contagious.

You want to have a short version (100-150 words) of your biography and then a long version (500-1,000 words). It’s advisable to work on your long version first so then you can easily copy a short version by taking excerpts. As an example you can view my biography online: http://www.meilena.com/portrait/?q=biography. I had a shorter version posted several months back, but because of numerous requests to know more about me, I had to rewrite it. You may experience similar feedback from your viewers. The long version will be for your website and the shorter version will be used for promotional websites that commonly limit your biography to 100-150 words.

You can also write a statement about your work. A statement simply is a personal claim about your work or perhaps on what inspires your work. Get creative here and really just type what you feel you need to express about your creativity. I was asked for an artist statement back in 1999. I had no clue what that was but I wrote one down. I’ve used the same statement ever since. You can view it online to get an example: http://www.meilena.com/portrait/?q=biography

Take time to really write down your talents and accomplishments and don’t be afraid to express them in your content. The more people learn about you, the more they will be able to relate to you.

Your challenge for this month is to create a full length and short version of your biography. As a bonus create an artistic statement if you would like. Read other artists’ or writers’ biographies and ask yourself which ones interested you and then explain why. Which biographies had strong statements, which ones were weak? Then take that information and apply it to yourself. Evaluate what traits you want to express, organize an outline, and then write your biography.

Inspirational Artist & Author Meilena Hauslendale’s work and articles are displayed internationally. She is the founder of Silence Speaks International Artist Association and the Editor of Intrigue Magazine. Published books include, Making Your Purpose Your Business and Recognizing Unhealthy Relationships.
