Manufacturing Units, Homes and Offices in Coventry

Browns Lane, Coventry will now become the new address for all businesses wanting to set up offices in Coventry as Goodman properties and Advantage West Midlands are planning to convert a 30-hectare plot into a commercial and residential area.

What was initially an abandoned Jaguar plant area, will now be transformed to include new manufacturing units and shared offices along with cheap houses and play area, provided the plans submitted by the two companies are accepted and approved.

In an effort to maximize industrialization and development of the region, Goodman Properties submitted a plan along with Advantage West Midlands for converting the erstwhile Jaguar Plant to house manufacturing industries, local and others, and offices and residential premises.

According to Graham Pardoe of Goodman Properties, the company excels in providing such options and is often sought after by many customers to create the best out of their spaces. Working with Advantage West Midlands is a great opportunity and this plan of transformation is very exciting, said Mr. Pardoe when asked about the entire project.

The Head of Asset Management at Advantage West Midlands, Steve Holland, while totally agreeing with Pardoe on the subject added that this transformation and construction will augment the business development of the area and soon people will move to Coventry and therefore into West Midlands. This proposal is the best way to inject life into the dormant economy of the area, as it will promote not only employment choices but also economical accommodation.
